RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Because this product is a mystery blind box, opened boxes cannot be returned simply because a particular character or design was not received. This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and it does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer law.

STARTING A RETURN

To request a return, email dumplingsquishies@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns must be approved before being shipped. If your return is accepted, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable replacement or return costs.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

REFUNDS

We will inspect your return and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
