This website is operated by Dumpling Squishies. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dumpling Squishies.

Dumpling Squishies offers this website, including all information, products, services, features, and tools available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything that could interfere with the website’s operation or security.

  1. PRODUCTS AND MYSTERY BLIND BOXES

Our products include mystery blind boxes containing surprise collectible designs.

Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise:

• Each mystery box contains one squishy
• The specific character or design cannot be selected
• Receiving a particular character or rare design is not guaranteed
• Multi-box orders may contain duplicate characters
• Opening a blind box reveals the included character and does not guarantee a preferred design

Product photographs, videos, and illustrations are provided to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors, packaging, finishing, size, and minor product details may appear slightly different because of screen settings, manufacturing variations, or packaging updates.

We may modify product packaging, descriptions, availability, or other details when reasonably necessary. Any material changes will not affect orders already completed without appropriate notice.

  1. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any product instructions, labels, age guidance, and safety warnings supplied with the product.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose. Adult supervision should be provided where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Payment verification problems
• Delivery restrictions
• Orders intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Order confirmation emails acknowledge that we received your order but do not guarantee fulfillment until the order is accepted and processed.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to the correction of obvious errors.

Applicable shipping costs, taxes, duties, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when available.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

  1. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotional offers:

• Must be used according to their stated conditions
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted
• May have quantity, customer, geographic, or expiration restrictions
• May be modified or withdrawn when legally permitted

If a promotion is affected by fraud, technical error, or misuse, we may cancel or adjust the promotion and any related orders as permitted by law.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy:

Eligible unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Because opening a mystery blind box reveals its character, an opened box cannot be returned solely because the customer did not receive a preferred character or design. This does not affect claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products or any mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters processing or has shipped.

  1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability, and other website information are accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when legally permitted.

If an order is canceled because of an incorrect price or material listing error, any collected payment for the canceled portion will be refunded.

If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login information and restricting access to your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms.
